REGULATIONS
General information
The 42nd International Cyclo-cross of the ACC Contern is held on Sunday, October 16, 2016 according to the rules of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and the Fédération du Sport Cycliste Luxembourgeois (FSCL).
Organizer is ACC Contern, represented by Mr. Alain Conter - 47, Op der Hobuch - L-5832 Fentange - Tél: (+352) 621 23 16 45 - e-mail : acccontern@gmail.com.
The program is made of races for women, junior-women, novices and juniors (Grand-prix COMAT) as well as an event for elite and U23 riders (Grand-prix de la Commune de Contern).
The races are held as second leg of the SKODA-Cross-Cup, organized by the FSCL. The full regulations of this series can be found at skoda-crosscup.com/rules.
The event is held in Contern. The permanent office is in a bus situated rue de Moutfort in Contern, at the entrance of the course. It is open between 12h00 and 16h30 o'clock.
Anti-doping controls can be performed by the Luxemburgish Anti-Doping Agency (Agence Luxembourgeoise Anti-Dopage - ALAD)
If so, they are taking place in the changing rooms of the old Sports Centrum rue des Sports in Contern

Regulations - GP de la Commune de Contern:
It is an International Cyclo-cross, registered in the calendars of the FSCL and the UCI (catégory 2) and open to elite and U23 categories.
Start of the 12th Grand-prix de la Commune de Contern is at 15h15 o'clock in Contern (rue de Moutfort at the exit of the village).
Riders of the masters category are not allowed to line up in the race as it is an international event.
The duration of the race has to approach 60 minutes as much as possible. The exact number of laps to be covered will be decided by the jury during the event.
Registration is on the day of the race in a bus situated rue de Moutfort in Contern, at the entrance of the course, between 13h00 and 14h00 o'clock.
Only one result list is established. There is no seperate ranking for U23 riders.
The award ceremony takes place immediately after the finish on the podium next to the finish line. The three first riders of the race, the best Luxemburgish rider and the best U23 rider are invited to attend it.
Prices are according to the FSCL and UCI regulations
Prize distribution is held at about 17h00 in the "Centre culturel An Henkes", rue de Moutfort in Contern
At the end of the races and according to the result lists, points are rewarded for the UCI Cyclo-cross rankings and for the overall result of the FSCL SKODA-Cross-cup.
Regulations - Grand-prix Comat:
It is a Cyclo-cross that is registered in the calendars of the FSCL and of the UCI and that is open to following categories women, junior-women, novices and junior riders.
Start of the different categories are in the rue de Moutfort in Contern according to following schedule.
14h00: Juniors (international UCIcyclo-cross)
14h01: Women and junior-women (international UCI category 2 cyclo-cross)
14h02: Novices (regional cyclo-cross)
The duration of the race has to approach 30 minutes as much as possible for the novices as well as 40 minutes for the elite women, junior-women and the juniors. The exact number of laps to be covered will be decided by the jury during the event.

Three different result lists are established, one for the novices, one for the junior-women and women and another one for the juniors. There are no seperate rankings for junior-women.

Contenders in the GP Comat can pick up their prizes in the permanent office about an hour after their race
At the end of the races and according to the result lists, points are rewarded for the UCI Cyclo-cross rankings (only international races for women and juniors) and for the overall result of the FSCL SKODA-Cross-cup.
