RULES:
General information
The 40th International Cyclo-cross of the ACC Contern is held on Sunday, October 26, 2014 according to the rules of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and the Fédération du Sport Cycliste Luxembourgeois (FSCL).
Organizer is ACC Contern, represented by Mr. Alain Conter - 47, Op der Hobuch - L-5832 Fentange - Tél: (+352) 621 23 16 45 - e-mail : acccontern@gmail.com.
The program is made of a race for women, novices, masters and juniors (Grand-prix COMAT) as well as a race for elite and U23 riders (Grand-prix de la Commune de Contern).
The event is held in Contern. The permanent office is in a bus situated rue de Moutfort in Contern, at the entrance of the course. It is open between 12h30 and 16h30 o'clock.
Two material pits are at the disposal of the riders on the circuit. They are next one to another and are controled by a commissaire.
Anti-doping controls can be performed by the Luxemburgish Anti-Doping Agency (Agence Luxembourgeoise Anti-Dopage - ALAD)
If so, they are taking place in the changing rooms of the old Sports Centrum rue des Sports in Contern
Prices are according to the FSCL and UCI regulations.

Rules - GP de la Commune de Contern:
Start of the 10th Grand-prix de la Commune de Contern is at 15h00 o'clock in Contern (rue de Moutfort at the exit of the village).
It is an International Cyclo-cross, registered in the calendars of the FSCL and the UCI (catégory C2) and open to elite and U23 categories.
Riders of the masters category are not allowed to line up in the race. They can participate in the GP COMAT earlier on the day
The duration of the race has to approach 60 minutes as much as possible. The exact number of laps to be covered will be decided by the jury during the event.
ATTENTION: The Luxemburgish Cycling Federation (FSCL) can forbid a foreing rider to participate in the race if he hasn't a written authorisation from his own National or Regional Federation to participate in that race.
Registration is on the day of the race in a bus situated rue de Moutfort in Contern, at the entrance of the course, between 13h30 and 14h30 o'clock.
Only one result list is established. There is no seperate ranking for U23 riders.
The award ceremony takes place immediately after the finish on the podium next to the finish line. The three first riders of the race, the best Luxemburgish rider and the best U23 rider are invited to attend it.
Rules - Grand-prix Comat:
Start of the 27th Grand-prix COMAT is at 14h00 o'clock in Contern (rue de Moutfort at the exit of the village).
It is a regional Cyclo-cross, registered in the calendar of the FSCL and open to women, junior-women, novices, masters and junior riders.
The duration of the race has to approach 30 minutes as much as possible for the novice and junior-women categories as well as 40 minutes for the elite women, the masters and the juniors. The exact number of laps to be covered will be decided by the jury during the event.
ATTENTION: The Luxemburgish Cycling Federation (FSCL) can forbid a foreing rider to participate in the race if he hasn't a written authorisation from his own National or Regional Federation to participate in that race.

Two result lists are established, one for the junior-women and novice categories and another one for the junior, masters and elite women category. There are no seperate rankings for women or masters.
