World cyclo-cross championships - 28 & 29.01.2012 - Koksijde

The Cyclo-cross World Championships 2012 took place at the military base of Koksijde, Belgium It was pre-race favourite David Van de Poel who entered the sand in first place at the junior race Belgian Wout van Aert is leading during the second lap ahead of his team-mates Hermans and Soete Frenchman Quentin Jauregui at the head of the race in front of Van Aert, Hermans, Van der Poel and German Herklotz Van der Poel was in difficulty towards mid-race, but the son of Adrie came back to the front later Back in the dune Sven Fritsch from Luxemburg can see the leaders just accross the fence.
