Not licensed riders can participate to maximum two events. After that, they will have to apply for a license at the FSCL in order to line up for more races. If a contender doesnt't own a valid FSCL or LASEP license, he needs an authorisation for his parents, claiming that he is allowed and fit enough to participate in this specific event. This signed document has to be presented at the registration, at least an hour before the start. Only FSCL-licensed riders are taken in account for the general classification of the race series.
