km 10 As usual, there are several attacks at the beginning. 10 riders manage to get a gap, among them the two Luxemburgish riders Cyril Barthels and Pascal Meyers.

km 39 Pascal Triebel and Jan Ostergaard bridge up to the leaders.

km 45 The first group explodes: only 5 riders remain at the front, among them three men from Villerupt: Dylan Williams, winner of last year, Pascal Triebel and Jan Ostergaard. They have the company of Pascal Meyers and the Dutch rider from Europolis, Martijn Vos.

km 54 45 seconds of advance for the 5 leaders on 6 chasers: Dubbeldam, Van Riel (Europolis), D'Hoore (Zommerghem), Welferinger (Metz), Schmidt (Frankfurt) and Verbeek (Boschoot).

km 65 The peloton has swallowed the 6 chasers and is getting closer to the first group.

km 85 Defending champion Dylan Williams has managed to drop his companions that are caught by the main peloton.

km 90 Williams is very strong, he reopens the gap to the field.

km 103 Patrick Appel (Amnéville) and Philippe Wirtgen attack in the peloton and they are followed by Vos (Europolis), Villiance (Athus) and Ostergaard (Villerupt).

km 110 Dylan Williams is still alone in the lead. Of course, Ostergaard isn't doing any work in the chasing group of 5 riders

Arrivée Dylan Williams wins the 3rd Grand-prix Ostfenster after a fantastic solo break, for the second year in a row.
